Rate Adjustment - Southern MN and Southern ND
Northern Wheat Origin spread changes:
Effective March 1, 2012, Southern ND and Southern MN origin rates in items 45300 series, and 45400 series will increase by $150 per car for light axle cars and $164 per car for heavy axle cars. The stations impacted by the changes are listed below:
