Our Management Trainee Program is for recent college graduates who, with proper exposure, mentoring and career development, will become our leaders of tomorrow.

The program's purpose is to provide a source for organizational renewal, support diversity initiatives, and infuse BNSF with new business processes and technologies.

As a management trainee, you will receive cross-functional, departmental training during a 6- or 12-month training period, as well as exposure to all departments through an initial two week corporate orientation. BNSF also provides mentors for career and personal guidance. Our training is tailored to the individual and monitored by the sponsoring business group and Human Resources department.
